Scientific validation

Stress Inc.© is an online program based on scientific knowledge.

Based on recent scientific discoveries in Psychoneuroendocrinology, Stress Inc. was developed to help people who feel stressed by their work or in other aspects of their lives. This program has been tested in 70 employees over 9 months. The group was divided in two: a test group (receiving the program) and a group control (not receiving the program). These two groups were assessed by psychological questionnaires and measures of biological markers. The results showed that the test group had a decline in perceived stress and a positive impact on other aspects of mental health measured. The people most affected by these improvements are those who showed higher perceived stress and/or signs of psychological distress or burnout.
